Agreement to Terms

Initium Professional Solutions LLC provides:

  • SEO and digital marketing services

Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual project agreements.

Project Agreements

All projects require a signed agreement that includes:

  • Scope of work and deliverables
  • Timeline and milestones
  • Payment terms and schedule
  • Intellectual property rights
  • Revision and approval processes

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement:

  • 50% deposit required to begin work
  • Remaining balance due upon project completion
  • Late payments may incur fees and project suspension
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing timely feedback and approvals
  • Supplying necessary content and materials
  • Maintaining communication throughout the project
  • Timely payment according to agreed terms

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of deliverables as specified in the project agreement. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and use it only for the purposes of the project.

Warranties and Limitations

We provide services with professional care and skill. However, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes or results. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Termination terms, including payment for work completed, are outlined in individual project agreements.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
